It’s easy! Simply sign up on our website to create your account. You’ll then gain access to our admin platform where you can input all the necessary details about your property and individual units.
The more information, the better! This includes details about amenities (pool, gym, etc.), appliances, property rules, local attractions, and anything else that might be helpful for guests.
Once you’ve provided information about your property, you can easily add individual units (apartments, rooms, etc.) with specific details. When a listing is ready, simply publish it to make it available as knowladge base for the bookings.
For now, you’ll need to manually add your guest’s information (name, booking dates, unit) into the admin portal. This will activate their access to The Butler AI guest app. We’re working on automating this process soon!
Once you’ve booked your stay, you’ll receive an email with a unique link to access The Butler AI app. Just follow these simple steps:
- Download the app: Click the link in your email to download The Butler AI app on your smartphone.
- Log in: Use the instructions provided in the email to log in to your personal The Butler AI account.
- Explore and enjoy! Once you’re logged in, you can start exploring all the features – ask questions, browse the marketplace and discover recommendations.
The Butler AI will automatically answer guest questions based on the information you’ve provided in the knowledge base. The Butler AI answers only if it finds sufficient data in the knowledge base. In case there is no data provided to answer the question, then The Butler AI will answer that it doesn’t know. The guest will have an option to forward a question to you as business representative.
